Was driving on highway and started receiving error messages for "check electrical system". Car speed dropped to max of 45mph while actively on a highway. Was able to pull off an exit but car needed a 55 mile tow to the closest dealer. Dealer has identified that the ICCU needs to be replaced but has no timeline as the item is on back order. Me and my partners safety was put at risk when the vehicle’s high pressure fuel pump went out, shut the car down, and left us stranded in the middle of two lane traffic. What was scarier was how the vehicle couldn’t be manually overridden to shift into neutral to push the vehicle to safety away from oncoming traffic, since the gear is electronic. The vehicle isn’t that old and that high on mileage, being only at 94k miles. After getting it towed (tow driver had to drag the vehicle up onto the bed because even they couldn’t do anything about it) to the dealer, because no one else but Volvo can touch it. This is without the manufacturer giving mechanics privileges to reprogram parts that needed to be replaced. On top of that, since there isn’t a dealer in my area around Columbia, MO, it had to be towed all the way to St. Louis, which was already bizarre as it is. After getting it repaired and the techs saying everything was good to go, it hasn’t been a week before something else happened. Upon trying to start the car today, the dash throws a number of warnings again. Upon seeing the warnings, I pulled out my scan tool and now tells me the low pressure fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, and abs pump go out and I’m already frustrated and back into a situation with a vehicle that is already expensive as it is. Luckily everything popped up at home, because the vehicle throws itself into limp/bricked mode to where it won’t even start the engine. And because it’s a plug in hybrid, it was able to at least get the system going to read what’s going on compared to what was stated earlier when the battery was already depleted. Now I have to find a way to transport this vehicle again and I’m already having regrets of purchasing it in the first place. I just wanted a hybrid wagon that has all the cargo and efficiency without being an suv.

My vehicle is equipped with a 6.2L L87 engine. I have taken this to the gmc dealership in complaint of non consistent power of the engine and a vibration of the engine. The dealership believes it was the brakes and they were replaced along with the rotors. The problem still persists I feel after reading the stories of how other engines have failed that are L87, this is a similar problem but not covered under the recent recall.

Driver Attn Warning randomly goes off frequently for no reason, this malfunction involves the front camera causing this frequent warning for no reason. This faulty issue gives the driver the sense that it should be ignored as it goes off for no reason, this makes this safety system null and void. It is equivalent to the blind spot warning going off so that the driver ignores it over time leading to them pulling in front of a car in there blind spot. The dealer and manufacturer know about this issue but refuse to do anything to fix it, the dealer says it's in the software of the car and they can't change it and Kia refers me back to the dealer, it's a frustrating run around for the customer. No it has not been inspected by insurance or police. The driver attention warning feature with a coffee cup began flashing a warning as soon as we pulled it off the lot

2013 f 150 xlt aquipped with 6 speed transmission fail twice in 11 years same issue , transmission out of the blu in high speed desides from high gear it shifts to low gear causing the truck in a very rapid down shift causing bodily injury and getting hit on the back do a sudden stop , I was lucky twice , fist time the repair were covered by the warranty but the second time I had to lay out of my pocket , I plead with FORD to help me with the bill they turn me down. I hope it doesn’t happen again.( frightened experience thank GOD I didn’t have any passengers on both incidents .
