1500lb trailer jack (3310104)
Between 04/01/26-06/01/26
PURPOSE
Owners and dealers of trailers equipped with Trailer Jack P/N 3310104 (1,500 lb. capacity).
Certain trailer jacks may experience operational issues, including binding or seizing during normal use. In some cases,
the handle-to-gear retaining pin may slip out of its seated slot, resulting in improper jack operation.
Affected trailers may be located throughout the field at dealer inventory or in customer ownership.

Important: Trailers with the color inspection dot on the jack near the handle have already been inspected and
verified. These trailers are not included in this bulletin and require no further action. Dots may be green or pink.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
If a trailer falls within the affected production range and is experiencing the conditions described in this bulletin,

Provide the following information when requesting a replacement jack:
• Trailer VIN
• Clear photo of the installed jack
• Shipping information
Upon verification, a replacement jack will be shipped. A return UPS call tag may be provided via email for the return
of the jack.
Replacement of qualifying jacks under this bulletin will be handled at no charge to the dealer/customer. Labor for the
replacement of the jack will be paid to dealers in the amount of $50 per jack. No warranty claim will need to be
submitted for this bulletin.
