2026 - 2027:: Grand Star, Ventana, Super Star, Dutch Star, Supreme Aire, New Aire, Summit
Aire, Mountain Aire, London Aire, Essex, King Aire
Note: This TSB only applies to coaches produced before 5/20/2026, equipped with an Oasis
hydronic heating system, AND Coleman or Dometic air conditioners.
ISSUE
The ATC OASIS-GEN1-1A (Newmar # 165355), controller will randomly fail to turn a furnace
blower ON or OFF when the ATC HVAC-GEN1-2A1 (Newmar # 00300876-AA), HVAC-GEN13A1 (Newmar # 173901) or ATC HVAC-GEN1-1A1 (Newmar # 145158) sends a VBUS
command, and AGS relay may fail to stay on longer than one second when there is a demand.

Follow the attached instructions to complete an update to the ATC/KIB system.

The authorized service facility will be charged for the programmer when ordered and credited
for the programmer when returned. Do not include the cost of the programmer on the claim and
return it to Newmar for full credit.
If a dealer has more than one affected coach in stock, use the same programmer on all affected
coaches before returning and submitting claim(s) to Newmar to keep the cost of shipping down.
Submit a claim for each coach number. If more than one coach requires reprogramming, please
include the cost of UPS ground shipping (USA $12.50/Canada $28.00) for the return of the
programmer on one claim (not on each claim).
IMPORTANT: Please read this bulletin in its entirety prior to beginning any diagnosis or repairs.

Purpose:
Step-by-step instructions for re-programing SW-V-BUS-BRIDGE6-HVAC-2026
Issue being addressed:
1. Oasis furnace blowers remain in the ON or OFF state regardless of the LCD
setting.
2. AGS relay fails to stay ON longer then 1 second when there is a demand. (rB01)
IMPORTANT: DISCONNECT COACH FROM SHORE
POWER BEFORE STARTING THIS UPDATE!!

Unplug the RV from shore power
Locate the TMSC-100
Look in passenger side compartment in front of the rear wheels

12VDC battery disconnect needs turned “ON” before proceeding
Wait 60 Seconds!!
Plug in the updater to the 5-POS connector

!!!Do not unplug or shut off power during this step!!!
This step should take around 2-3 minutes
Press the “START SWITCH”
Programming LED will light RED while programming
V-Bus Activity LED will flicker GREEN during this time
Programming LED will light solid GREEN when finished
