5.7 Use sandpaper on the LH support-bracket until the contact surfaces is rough.
Consumable: Sandpaper, 80 grit
5.8 Put glue on the contact surfaces on the LH support-bracket.
Consumable: 1082875

5.9 Install the LH support bracket to the subframe.

5.10 Press the LH support-bracket against the subframe so that the glue goes through the
holes in the bracket.
5.11 Use a cloth to remove unwanted glue from the top of the bracket.
5.12 If necessary, clean the top surfaces with isopropanol.
5.13 Do steps 5.7 thru 5.12 for the RH support-bracket.
5.14 Let the glue cure for 24 hours at a room temperature of at least 15°C/59°F.
5.15 If necessary, use black touch up paint on the grinded surfaces that are visible.
Consumable: Touch-up paint
• Apply the paint with a small brush where bare metal surface is visible after the
glue has cured.

Install the Wheel House Brackets
1. Measure the distance

(52.8 mm) from the bottom of the wheel house panel.

2. Put a mark at position
to show where to drill.
3. Temporarily put the LH wheel house bracket in position to make sure that it fits.

4. Align the edge

on LH wheel house bracket to the edge

on the front bumper.

5. If necessary, adjust the mark you made in step 2 in the horizontal direction, to align with
the position of the LH wheel house bracket.
6. Remove the LH wheel house bracket.
7. Put on the personal protective equipment (PPE).

CAUTION
Use a drill bit made for carbon fiber. If you use the wrong drill bit, it can use
damage to the vehicle.
8. Drill a hole at the marked position

9. Install the LH wheel house bracket with the new T30 screw

Wiper Drain Hose
1. Find the wiper drain hose.

2. Pull it off from the wiper drain nipple.
3. Measure 10 mm
from the end of the hose that was not attached to the wiper drain nipple.

4. Cut off 10 mm at 30° angle
from the lower end of the hose.
5. Install the hose to the wiper drain nipple.
6. Turn the hose so that the cut surface points down.

Replace the Hydraulic Block Bracket
To replace the bracket, it is necessary to remove the hydraulic block, but do not disconnect the
hydraulic hoses.
1. Record the position of the zip ties on the front camera cable
2. Remove the zip ties from the front camera cable

3. If the front camera cable is routed under the bracket
:
3.1 Remove the heat-shrink from the camera connector.
3.2 Disconnect the camera connector.
3.3 Remove the cable from under the bracket.
3.4 Put a new heat-shrink over the cable.
Consumable: Heat-shrink
3.5 Connect the camera connector.
3.6 Use a heat gun on the heat-shrink.
4. Disconnect the X43 connector
.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector
from the hydraulic block.
6. Disconnect the electrical connector
from the bracket:
6.1 Remove 2× H2.5 screws
that is holding the nut-plate to the bracket.
6.2 Remove the nut-plate.
6.3 Disconnect the connector from the bracket.
7. Loosen 5× 8 mm screws
from the bracket
.
8. Push the hydraulic block in the direction shown by the arrow to release it from the screws .
9. Move the hydraulic block to the rear to remove it from the front bumper:
º If you must cut zip ties, record the position and cut as many zip ties as necessary on
the hoses on the LH and RH side of the hydraulic block to be able to move it.
10. Put the hydraulic block on the radiator fans.
11. Remove 3× T30 screws
from the bracket
on the front hydraulic block.

16. Put the hydraulic block with the bracket in position.
17. Install 5× 8 mm screws
to the bracket.

18. Install the nut-plate to the bracket with 2× H2.5 screws

Threadlocker: Loctite 243
Torque: 1.3 Nm
19. Connect the electrical connector
to the bracket.
20. Connect the electrical connector
to the hydraulic block.
21. Connect the X43 connector
.
22. Attach the front camera cable
to the bracket
with a zip tie.
Note
The camera cable must not be routed under the bracket

23. If you removed zip ties, install new ones at the recorded positions.

Remove the Front Stabilizer
1. Loosen 2× 13 mm counter nuts

8. Remove the stabilizer
together with 2× bushings

Install the new stabilizer
1. Put grease on the inside of the new stabilizer

2. Remove unwanted grease from the threads on the axle with brake cleaner.

3. Install the new stabilizer
on the stabilizer axle together with the 2× bushings

4. Install the new 21 mm nut

5. If necessary, remove unwanted high temperature grease with brake cleaner.
6. Do a pull test on the stabilizer:

6.1 Apply a force of 4 Nm ± 1 Nm to the top of the stabilizer in the direction

6.2 Apply a force of 4 Nm ± 1 Nm to the top of the stabilizer in the direction
.
7. Do a check of the results:
º If the stabilizer rotates freely, without play, it is correct, continue to step 10.
º If the stabilizer does not move freely, without play it is not correct:
• If there is a shim washer
installed on the shaft of the axle, continue to step 8.
• If there is no shim washer
installed on the shaft of the axle, continue to step 9.
8. Remove the shim washer
from the shaft of the axle:

8.1 Remove the stabilizer, refer to section Remove the Front Stabilizer.
8.2 Remove the shim washer

8.3 Do this section again.

Install
1. Install in the new luggage plate to the vehicle, refer to WOM-00091.
Part: 1101237 or 1096214 or 1101434.
2. Make sure that the roof fits correctly in the luggage compartment:
2.1 Remove the roof, refer to the Owner's manual
2.2 Stow the roof in the luggage compartment, refer to the Owner's manual.
• If the roof fits correctly, install the roof to the vehicle.
• If the roof does not fit correctly, submit a KATS ticket to contact Koenigsegg.
3. Remove the fuel recommendation sticker
above the refuel cap.

4. On EU vehicles, remove the E sticker
.
5. Clean the surface above the refuel cap.
Consumable: Isopropanol
6. Attach the new fuel recommendation sticker above the refuel cap:

6.1 Make sure that the center of the sticker aligns with the center of the refuel cap.
6.2 Attach the fuel recommendation sticker 30 mm
from the bottom of the refuel
