Skyline OS Software Notes

Reason for Revision

The Skyline™ OS should be at software version (260004125D)
for the OTA programming to perform the update.

the update will need to be performed through the USB process.
• USB update files for software version (260005057D) will be
released March 16, 2026.
• Instructions for USB update can be found on SIP after March

Purpose for Service Bulletin
NOTE
Service Bulletin M1715 supersedes M1666. Repairs made to
vehicles after April 8, 2026 following M1666 will not be accepted
through warranty. Warranty claims on repairs made prior to
April 8, 2026 will be accepted following standard claim
submission policy and process.
This bulletin informs dealers of a Skyline™ OS software update,
version (260005057D), for 2023-2026 Touring and 2026 Trike
vehicles equipped with an Infotainment Control Unit (IFCU).
This software update will be available both as Over The Air
(OTA) and Universal Serial Bus (USB).

Fixes vs Enhancements - What is Covered Under Warranty

NOTE
2026 Models with build dates after March 10, 2026 ship with
software version (260005057D) installed and do not require
software updates.
NOTE
If you run into issues with either the OTA or USB update,
you must contact Technical Service to gain authorization
for additional job time.

and are having P&A audio installed. This will not be covered
under Warranty. This is not necessary if P&A audio
equipment is not being installed or if the 260005057D USB
update was performed.
