CUSTOMER COMPLAINT
Check engine light (CEL) is illuminated on the instrument panel
PURPOSE
MMNA has received reports from the field of customer concern of the check engine light on,
with P050A stored in the Engine Control Unit (ECU). If a CEL is present, ADAS (Advanced Driver
Assistance Systems) may be restricted or disabled.
REMEDY
Do Not Replace Parts, MMNA is investigating the concern. We will share more information when
it becomes available. In the interim, clearing the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) is the
recommendation.
Please contact Customer Connections via email to report vehicles with fault code P050A.
Please provide customer name, last 8-digits of VIN, and TSB-26-13-002 in the subject line and
