10 Gallon DEF Tank Header failure.
Issue
Original SSI DEF Header, which has been discontinued, has failed and needs to be replaced.
Replacement KUS DEF header must be used as replacement, but MAY require some additional
parts and re-routing of DEF Coolant lines and DEF lines to the new KUS DEF Header 04-37614-000.

new KUS DEF Header. Attachments are application specific.
