What is the reason for this Product Update?
Some 2024 ZDX models may have misrouted camera wires causing the multi-view display images to be reversed.
What will Acura
do?
Your Acura dealer will inspect the multi-view camera operation and, if necessary, repair the wiring for free.
Please call any authorized Acura dealer and make an appointment to have your vehicle repaired for FREE. Once
you make an appointment for your vehicle, be advised that the inspection process could take up to 15 minutes,
and the wiring repair procedure could take approximately 60 minutes. However, your dealer can provide you with
a better estimate of the overall time for this service visit, as it may be necessary to make your vehicle available
for longer. If you are not the only driver of this vehicle, please advise all other drivers and passengers of this
important information.
