instructions in the system’s “Manuals” section,
generate and fill out a Warranty Request.

Repair method:
OPERATION A: Correct routing of HV circuit
cooling pipe
Follow the instructions below:
1.

Raise the car.

In this case, check the condition of the pipe (1)
following the instructions given in the Workshop
Manual at the following path:
Center front floor panel - Removal procedure

2. Turn the wheels fully to the right.
3. From the front left wheel, check that the HV
cooling pipe (1) is correctly positioned.
4.

5. If the pipe (1) passes over the steering box rack,
the routing is incorrect (see KO position figure).

If the pipe (1) passes under the steering box
rack, the routing is correct (see OK position
figure).
The campaign can be closed with operation A.

If the pipe is damaged, proceed with
operation B to replace the pipe

•

If the pipe is not damaged, please perform
the pipe (1) repositioning with operation C.

10. Once you have checked that the screw is in
the correct position to be removed, mark the
rack and the connecting joint with a marker
pen.

11. Keep the steering wheel blocked
12. Remove the M8X30 screw (2) and then slide
the joint (3) off the rack (4).

IMPORTANT:
It is important that the wheels and/or steering
wheel are not moved while the joint (3) is
detached from the rack (4).

13. Once the joint (3) has been removed, pass the
pipe (1) under the rack (4) into its correct
position.

IMPORTANT:
Do not use the M8X30 screw (2) that was
removed earlier; use only the new M8X30 screw.
14. Clean the internal thread of the joint (3), use
the new M8X30 screw (2) to secure the
fastening.
Tightening torque: 20Nm (14.75 lbf ft) +90° ±
5%
