This bulletin applies to vehicles built on or before October 01, 2025
(MDH 1001XX) that are equipped with the 3.0L I6 Hurricane SO Twin
Turbo ESS (Sales Code EFH).

CUSTOMER
SYMPTOM:

Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle must
exhibit/set the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC):
● P051B-00 - Crankcase Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/performance.

CAUSE:

MUA solenoid blocked due to the nozzle melting during the installation/assembly process to the clean
air duct body.

This Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) has also been released as a Rapid Service Update (RSU) 26-050,
date of issue March 19, 2026. All applicable RSU VINs have been loaded. To verify this RSU service
action is applicable to the vehicle, use VIP or perform a VIN search in DealerCONNECT/Service Library.
All repairs are reimbursable within the provisions of warranty.

DIAGNOSIS:
Using a Scan Tool (wiTECH) with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures available in DealerCONNECT/
Service Library, verify all related systems are functioning as designed. If DTCs or symptom conditions, other
than the ones listed above are present, record the issues on the repair order and repair as necessary before
proceeding further with this bulletin.
If a customer’s VIN is listed in VIP or your RSU VIN list, perform the repair. This RSU only applies to
vehicles on the RSU VIN list.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1. Is the vehicle on the RSU VIN list and has set DTC "P051B-00 - Crankcase Pressure Sensor Circuit
Range/performance"?
● YES>>> Proceed to Step 2.
● NO>>> This bulletin does not apply. Normal diagnosis should be performed.
2. Remove the air cleaner resonator. Refer to the detailed service procedures available in DealerCONNECT/
Service Library under: Service Info> 09 - Engine/Air Intake System/ Resonator, Air Cleaner/Removal.
3. Disconnect the inlet delta pressure valve wire harness connector Fig. 1.

4. Disconnect the MUA solenoid valve wire harness connector and detach the wire harness retainers Fig. 1.
5. Disconnect the MAP sensor wire harness connector Fig. 1.

6. Disconnect the purge tube quick connect connector from clean air hose Fig. 2.

7. Disconnect the MUA solenoid valve tube quick connect connector Fig. 2.
8. Disconnect the MUA tube quick connect connector from MUA valve and position aside Fig. 2.
9. Release the clean air tube retaining lock on the rear turbocharger Fig. 3.

10. Release the intake air tube retaining lock on the front turbocharger Fig. 3.
11. Remove the clean air hose tube bolts and the clean air hose Fig. 3.
12. Install the clean air hose tube bolts and the clean air hose.
13. Secure the clean air tube retaining lock on the rear turbocharger.
14. Secure the intake air tube retaining lock on the front turbocharger.
15. Connect the MUA tube quick connect connector to the MUA valve.

16. Connect the MUA solenoid valve tube quick connect connector.
17. Connect the purge tube quick connect connector to the clean air hose.
18. Connect the MAP sensor wire harness connector.
19. Connect the MUA solenoid valve wire harness connector and attach the wire harness retainers.
20. Connect the inlet delta pressure valve wire harness connector.
21. Install the air cleaner resonator. Refer to the detailed service procedures available in DealerCONNECT/
Service Library under: Service Info> 09 - Engine/Air Intake System/ Resonator, Air Cleaner/Installation.
22. Clear DTCs.
