Complaint regarding high-voltage battery assembly.
Workshop findings:
The high-voltage battery assembly must be replaced.
Technical Background
The previous high-voltage battery assembly for the e-tron GT with the part number 9J1.915.100.* is no longer

available for delivery. As such, if a replacement battery is required, part number 9J1.915.590.* must be used. A

small number of attachments must be replaced (Figure 1) and several steps listed under Measure must be
observed.

If the high-voltage battery assembly 9J1.915.100.* needs replacing, proceed as follows.
Begin by entering the VIN number in the electronic parts catalogue and order the correct high-voltage

battery for the vehicle and the following additional parts for the replacement:

« Print KBA-92109 label using a label printer and affix it next to the high-voltage battery type plate.
The KBA-92109 label is currently being created and will soon be available with a part number. Until then,

please use a label printer/labelling machine in the workshop. A label with the text “KBA-92109” but be

applied on the high-voltage battery next to the type plate.
