The purpose of this Technical Bulletin is to inform Volkswagen dealerships that beginning on 10/1/2024,

replacement of any of the following components will require specific Guided Fault Finding (GFF) direction

where the test plan(s) explicitly states replacement of the part is necessary.

A manual review of claims will begin related to the following causal part numbers. Claims found to lack the

specific replacement recommendation in Guided Fault Finding will not be accepted by Volkswagen

Warranty.

Ensure that the applicable GFF log is uploaded to GFF Paperless. Additionally, the specific DTC number

must be entered into the SAGA claim comments.

Please see the following table for the list of parts that will require the previously mentioned GFF test plan

direction and SAGA claim comment documentation to replace:
