Issue Description

Due to a software error of the battery sensor of the
12-volt vehicle electrical system battery, it is possible
that the battery data of the affected vehicles is calculated incorrectly.
Depending on the usage behavior, this can result in
the vehicle not starting after being parked for a longer
period.
To prevent this, the battery sensor in the affected vehicles must be re-programmed with optimized software.

What should Porsche Centers do?

Please arrange for the measure to be carried out on
affected vehicles as soon as possible.
As of the time of this posting (1/12/26) the remedy
is immediately available.
