Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Label Replacement
Whats New Abstract
Certain vehicle model year 2026 T880 / W900 / W990 chassis have updated GHG labels available for order and
installation.
Condition
Certain chassis were re-classified from heavy duty tractors to vocational tractors to earn additional GHG
credits. An updated GHG label is available for order and installation. This update will ensure the chassis is
equipped with the most accurate information.
Chassis Affected
42 Canadian vehicle model year 2026 T880 / W900 / W990 built from 01/06/2025 through 05/23/2025
equipped with an outdated GHG label.
Action
Service all chassis affected that enter your dealership, even if the customer has no issue with the chassis.
Campaign
1. Review the attached chassis list for your dealer code and schedule your customer(s) for service if their
chassis is on the list.
2. Ensure all required parts have arrived before scheduling the chassis for repair.
3. In Service Management, select campaign 43-085 to add it to the case. If the unit is released back into
service without performing the repair, make sure to also release the campaign in Service Management.
4. If you are not using Service Management to start repair orders, review SIR for Complete next to the 43-
085 campaign code prior to performing this repair.
5. Follow the procedures in the Attachments section to replace the GHG label.
Warranty
Starting on 01/07/2025 and for repairs completed by 03/16/2026 Kenworth will pay for parts at dealer net

Submission of a TCS365 case to SPECIAL ORDERS is required to order the correct chassis specific GHG label.
1. Open TCS365 in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
2. Select Order Support | Order Inquiry
3. Select Case Type: Place an Order
4. Select Case Category: Labels
5. On the Label Order page, fill in the following fields as shown and fill in the other fields as appropriate:
