Issue: Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit at least one of the following:
• Intermittent or constant no R engagement
• Illuminated MIL with DTC P0767:00 stored in the PCM
In addition to the required conditions, the vehicle may also exhibit a harsh reverse engagement and/or DTCs
P0766:00, and/or P2703:00 stored in the PCM. This may be due to an internal mechanical concern with the SOWC
Action: For vehicles that meet some of the criteria in the Issue and Model statements, follow the Service Procedure
to replace the SOWC.
