Customer states:

Miles are the set unit of measurement in the vehicle. After the customer has parked the car, the range value in the

myAudi app changes significantly after approximately 20 to 30 minutes. The value is then shown correctly in the app
after the next vehicle start.

Technical Background

If the Units => Distance in the vehicle is set to miles, it can occur that the remaining range value for vehicles with
combustion engines is sent to the backend using kilometers as a unit, just before the vehicle enters a bus sleep
cycle. The value in the app therefore cannot be interpreted correctly. It does not make a difference which unit is set
in the app. The complaint is remedied by turning the ignition off and on.
