Visual damage on the steering wheel.

Technical Background

The visible irregularities do not constitute a fault covered by the warranty.

Several technical evaluations have shown that there are no issues with the materials or workmanship. The observed
changes are due to external impacts, such as:

1. Contact with zips, watches, rings, etc.
2. Use of unsuitable cleaning agents (with abrasive compounds or solvents).
3. Frequent or intensive use of disinfectant agents.

These factors can cause the color to change or can damage coated or painted surfaces.
Please observe the maintenance and cleaning instructions in the Owner's Manual.

Steering wheels with the issues described above are not eligible to be warranty cases and will be charged back
accordingly.

If a complaint is assessed as being a fault that can be covered by warranty, attach clear photos with a reference to
the vehicle in the TAC case. If the required documentation is not provided, the claim may be rejected.
