Whats New Abstract
Certain vehicle model years 2020-2025 K270, K370, T270, T280, T370, T380, T480, T680, T880, W900 chassis
have updated Greenhouse Gas (GHG) labels available for installation.
Condition
Updated GHG labels are available for order and installation with the latest compliance information.
Chassis Affected
3,249 (3,215 US and 34 Canada) vehicle model year 2020-2025 K270, K370, T270, T280, T370, T380, T480,
T680, T880, W900 built from 01/02/2019 through 01/22/2024 equipped with GHG labels.
Action
Campaign
Service all chassis affected that enter your dealership, even if the customer has no issue with the chassis.
1. Review the attached chassis list for your dealer code and schedule your customer(s) for service if their
chassis is on the list.
2. In Service Management, select campaign 43-076 to add it to the case. If the unit is released back into
service without performing the repair, make sure to also release the campaign in Service Management.
3. If you are not using Service Management to start repair orders, review SIR for Complete next to the 43-
076 campaign code prior to performing this repair.
4. Follow the procedures in the Links section to replace the GHG Label.
Warranty
Starting on 12/30/2025 and for repairs completed by 01/01/2027, Kenworth will pay for parts at dealer net
plus applicable mark-up and labor:
¢ 0.3 hours of labor to replace the current GHG Label with an updated GHG Label (includes photos).
Select Recommended Repair code 43-076
¢ File an additional claim for extraordinary circumstances. A recommended repair for standard labor must

be filed first.
© File the claim within 14 days in accordance with the Warranty Policy.

TCS365 Case Creation Guide for GHG Labels
Submission of a TCS365 case to SPECIAL ORDERS is required to order the correct chassis specific GHG label.
1. Open TCS365 in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
2. Select Order Support | Order Inquiry
3. Select Case Type: Place an Order
4. Select Case Category: Labels
5. On the Label Order page, fill in the following fields as shown and fill in the other fields as appropriate:

© Shipping method: Select from drop-down list

T480, T680, T880, W900 vehicles built from 01/02/2019 through 01/22/2024 are eligible for a
campaign to have the GHG label updated. Updating the GHG label will ensure your vehicle has
the most current compliance information.
What is the problem? Your vehicle is eligible for an updated GHG label with the
latest compliance information.
What will your dealer do? _Install an updated GHG label.
What should you do? Contact your dealer to schedule a repair appointment. This
service may require up to | hour of labor.
To locate your nearest dealer please scan the QR code at the top of this letter or use the Dealer
Locator at www.Kenworth.com. When scheduling this service, please refer to campaign 43-076
Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Label Update and the VIN(s) listed in this letter. There will be no
charge to you if completed by 01/01/2027.

the complete VIN(s) and the name and address of the new owner.
