This is to revise and replace Campaign 7171, dated 14-Aug-2025. This revision is to:
1. Update Title, and
2. Update Description, and
3. Update Action.

Description
This Campaign is being issued to address a potential concern for engine performance relative to the Wastegate Control System functionality on certain X15N CM2380
X150B. This field action authorizes certified repair locations to replace the Wastegate Control Block to latest design and update the ECMs calibration on eligible engines.
This campaign also addresses occurrences of Fault Code 3367 by authorizing wiring harness ground stud cleaning process.

Note : This field action provides retroactive coverage for repairs made in anticipation of and prior to the release of this publication.

Action
In order to qualify for repair under this field action, an engine:
1. will be covered Regardless of coverage status, and
2. must show as OPEN on QuickServe® Online for this field action.

Note : The ESN list is attached for reference.
After verifying that the engine meets the above requirements, perform the following actions:
1. Replace Wastegate Control Block in accordance with Repair Procedure 019-103 in the appropriate Service Manual.
2. Use the ECM Calibration Revision History available on QuickServe® Online to confirm the revision date of the calibration currently installed in the engine. If ECM
already contains the most recent calibration revision, DO NOT recalibrate the engine, no further action is needed. File a claim for appropriate Admin and 17-902
Campaign Check and other applicable SRTS to close the eligibility of the engine.
3. If a previous calibration revision is installed, download the latest calibration available on QuickServe® Online. Use the calibration revision history date to identify the
latest calibration revision available. Please refer to Procedure 019-032 in the appropriate Service Manual.
4. Once calibration is up to date, use the Service Tool to enable the Torque Rate Limiter.
5. Per TSB250119, proceed to identify and clean wiring harness grounding stud to prevent occurrences of Fault Code 3367 - Humidity Sensor Abnormal Update Rate.

Material Disposition
Materials removed as a result of this field action must be scrapped.
