This program will be in effect through November 30, 2026. Only the original owners will be mailed
letters and are eligible for the refund.

REASON FOR THIS ACTION
The affected vehicles were built without the XL Driver Assist Package and the window stickers
incorrectly indicated that the vehicles were equipped with the XL Driver Assist Package.
SERVICE ACTION
Ford will refund customers $730 to the original purchaser. No parts or labor are required for this
program. Dealers are to refer customers to the reimbursement website: FordOwnershipCare.com

Owner Letters are expected to be mailed the week of November 10, 2025.

Suggested Retail Pricing (MSRP) value of the XL Driver Assist Package.
