A customer may mention that the wireless charger is always flickering on/off when no
phone is on the charger.
Cause
This is due to an incompatible Radio and Wireless Charging Module (WCM) software
version.
Correction
For Equinox EV - Reprogram the T22 Wireless Charging Module. USB Update and reprogram the A11 Radio.
For Canyon/Colorado, review the notes below.
Do not replace any parts or program any modules to address this issue
Engineering is currently investigating. In the meantime, please continue to drive your vehicle.
The PI will be updated or replaced with TSB once a determination has been made.
Updated Software and Calibrations will be available in the form of an OTA update or Service Programming in the
future.
Please inform the customer to accept any future OTA updates for their vehicle.
