The customer complaint can be reproduced.

Technical Background

The rear window wiper does not turn off under certain operating conditions. The following conditions must occur
within 10 ms:

¢ — Rear window wiper runs up to stop.
* — Ignition off via start/stop button.
* Switch wiper from level 1 to level 0.

* Most likely to occur when reverse parking while it is raining.

Production Solution
Production solution with cluster 3 (week 25/2025); cluster 6 (week 48/2025).

Service

Service solution: Ignition off via start/stop button. Wiper turns off as intended.
