This is to revise and replace C7131 , dated 24-Apr-25. This revision is to:
1. Update the Description, and
2. Update the Action, and
3. Update the Parts.

Description
This Campaign is being issued to address a potential concern for engine performance relative to the Wastegate Control System functionality on certain X15N CM2380
X150B. This field action authorizes certified repair locations to replace the Wastegate Control Valve and Block and update the ECMs calibration on eligible engines.

Action
In order to qualify for repair under this field action, an engine:
1. will be covered Regardless of coverage status, and
2. must show as OPEN on QuickServe® Online for this field action.

Note : The ESN list is attached for reference.
After verifying that the engine meets the above requirements, perform the following actions:
1. Replace both the Wastegate Control Valve (WGCV) and the Wastegate Control Block in accordance with Repair Procedure 019-103 in Service Manual 6383176.
2. Use the ECM Calibration Revision History available on QuickServe Online to confirm the revision date of the calibration currently installed in the engine. If ECM
already contains the most recent calibration revision, DO NOT recalibrate the engine, no further action is needed. File a claim for appropriate Admin and 17-902
Campaign Check and all applicable SRTs to close the eligibility of the engine.
3. If a previous calibration revision is installed, download the latest calibration available on QuickServe® Online. Use the calibration revision history date to identify the
latest calibration revision available. Please refer to Procedure 019-032 in the appropriate Service Manual.
4. Once calibration is up to date, use the Service Tool to enable the Torque Rate Limiter.

Material Disposition
Where applicable, items removed should be returned to ReCon for core credit. Unless otherwise indicated, items with no core liability can be scrapped.

Note : Miscellaneous Cummins parts, such as o-rings, gaskets, and fasteners, that are not in the Parts list but are required to perform the repair
must be claimed using their part numbers, filed under the parts section of the claim and justified in the claim narrative.
