If a customer complains that RTTI information is NOT visible in the navigation system when
an internet connection is available (globe in the top left corner), follow the instructions under
“service”.
This Technical Journal handles only SENSUS vehicles.

SERVICE:
If a customer complains that RTTI information is NOT visible in the navigation system when
an internet connection is available (globe in the top left corner), Do not fault trace or replace
any parts.
An interim improvement for the symptom described under “description” has been released and can
be updated using the unique SPs below for each vehicle type.
Note! If a total software upgrade or PDS is performed after these SPs have been updated, RTTI
data will stop requesting data and the SPs listed below will need to be reloaded.
A permanent solution will be communicated in Q4 2025.
