Please make sure you check your dealer inventory as soon as possible. You can see a list of affected vehicles in

Inventory Campaign Details (ICD) under ROSS.
SITUATION

Due to an assembly error the upper oil pan screws may not have been torqued correctly.
CORRECTION

Remove, replace, and torque the upper oil pan screws.
PROCEDURE

1. Replace the upper oil pan screws one at time using Repair Instruction 11 13 010 “Remove and Install Upper Oil Pan

Section”.

Do not remove the upper engine oil pan from the vehicle. Follow the supplemental instructions in the next step to replace

one screw at a time.

2. Remove, replace and torque each screw one at a time using the sequence of numbers in the illustration below.
Torque the new screws to the following:

Joining Torque: 10 Nm

Angle Torque: 90 degrees
