BACKGROUND
Update to A11 Radio Control Module software to address known issues.
SYMPTOMS
Various complaints related to the A11 Radio Control Module:
• Fixes issue when switching to Sirius XM media source, where the center display screen freezes and remains frozen
with a “Loading” message displayed.
• Improves Volume & Chime tuning.
• Fixes issue where "BRAKE" message was not shown on meter during a front collision warning.
• Improves Meter and Center Display dimming calibrations.
• Fixes issue where option for Valet Mode is shown in error.
• Fixes HUD distortion issues.
• Fixes DTC U0211 Loss of Communication with Memory Seat Module.
• Improves UI by adding virtual controls.
• Improves system to reduce issues that can cause intermittent blanking of the Instrument Cluster and/or the
Infotainment Display while driving.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The A11 Radio Control Module requires an update.
