1. Please identify inventory of part numbers 171616 with the packaging label date from AH24245 to
AH25193.
2. Please refer to the visual aid below for date code location.
3. Please scrap affected units and use the affidavit form included
4. Email a copy of the completed affidavit to [email protected], referencing RGA 31767 in the subject line.
5. Credit will be issued to your account upon receipt of affidavit form.
