Customer states:

+ The complaint occurs immediately after charging.

+ The vehicle/high-voltage battery cannot be charged via AC.

+ The drive system cannot be activated.

+ The vehicle cannot be unlocked with the key fob.

+ The high voltage charging flap cannot be opened.

+ The charging connector cannot be unplugged.
Workshop findings:

+ The customer statement can be reproduced.

+ The 12V battery is discharged.

In the control unit for high-voltage battery charging unit (diagnostic address 00C6), either one of the following DTC
entries (intermittent/static) is stored for the AC fuse:

+ P1A0800: Charging unit 1 fuse blown Symptom: 397395.

+ P1AQF00: Charging unit 2 fuse blown Symptom: 397396.

+ P1A1600: Charging unit 3 fuse blown Symptom: 397397.
Technical Background
Software issue in control unit for the high voltage battery charging unit (diagnostic address 00C6).
