SERVICE:
To update the SW in the key FOB to enable the possibility to add a second key FOB to the car, the
SW in the key FOBs needs to be updated.
This concerns BOTH key FOBs, old and new key. Both key FOBs must be updated with the SW in
this TJ.
* The software will also affect existing key FOB and the second key FOB with better battery life
span.

* First, replace the battery (31268333) in the existing key FOB before performing software update.
The SW is updated by using a smartphone. Please follow the steps below depending on whether
you are using an Android or an Iphone.
Android users: Download and install the application IoT Toolbox (see attachment TJ_36900_1.pdf)
from Play Store, and thereafter follow the steps in ‘TJ_36900_1.mp4’.
If the app is not availble in your country, use the “TJ_36900_1.apk” (file attached), to install the
program in your android phone.
Iphone users: Download and install the application IoT Toolbox (see thumbnail below) from App
Store, and thereafter follow the steps in ‘TJ_36900_1.mov’.
Note: The files needed are attached to this TJ; browse to TIE using the phone intended to be used
for the update procedure and download the file ‘TJ36900_FOB_2_15_7_V1.bleota’ directly onto
that smartphone.
Note: For some mobile phones, the percentage shown in the app regarding the battery voltage is
NOT correct.
Voltage in the battery are shown as the table below:
Shown value: 13% 3.3V
Shown value: 11% 3.0V
Shown value: 10% 2.7V
Shown value: 9% 2.4V
Shown value: 8% 2.0V

No warranty claims will be accepted for the action in this TJ.
