DESCRIPTION:
*Vst operation number added.
A customer may experience a rumbling noise from the rear of the vehicle when driving. This noise
may be most noticeable at full steering angle and low speeds.
Listen to the attached sound file TJ-37140_1.mp as an example of this noise. (The noise is heard
at 5 and 26 seconds in the recording)
Please follow the advice under “Service”.

Note: Follow this journal and the steps below before replacing any parts.
1. Perform an oil change of the TVDC according to VIDA instructions. If the noise is gone
afterward, release the vehicle to the customer. If the noise remains, continue to step 2.
2. Test drive according to the illustration in attachment TJ_37140_1.pdf and then follow steps a-e
in the text below:
