WSE1- Rework Rear Inner Left and Right Side Section (Workshop Campaign)

Rear inner left and right side section

Cause:

The Taycan Turbo GT with Weissach package does not come with a rear lid closure as standard. In combination with the additional weight of the rear spoiler, increased force can therefore be exerted on the sealing
seam in the area of the rear lid during manual closing. This could damage the sealing seam.

Action:

Rework rear inner left and right side sections.

Carefully remove approx. 60 mm / 2.40 in ⇒ Removal area of the sealing seam -X- from the folding
edge of the rear light corner ⇒ Removal area of the sealing seam -1- using a scraper such that the
coating of the metal surface is not damaged.
