AFFECTED VEHICLES
Vehicles which require this campaign to be completed will show it as “Open” when checked either in AIR,
AWP, Campaign Summary, or Warranty Vehicle Inquiry.
Please make sure you check your dealer inventory as soon as possible. You can see a list of affected
vehicles in Inventory Campaign Details (ICD) under ROSS.
For dealers that qualify, this action’s repair is eligible to be performed via Mobile Assistance.
SITUATION
BMW AG has issued a Delivery Stop
(effective May 15, 2025) on certain Model
Year 2025 MINI vehicles that were produced
between June 13, 2024, and April 16, 2025.
Do not deliver to a customer, a New,
Certified Pre-Owned or Used vehicle
subject to a Delivery Stop, until the vehicle
is repaired. Do not use or sell replacement
equipment/parts subject to a Delivery
Stop.

1. Remove the current trailer tow hitch label.
Note: If needed, use a heat gun to heat up
the current trailer tow hitch label.
2. Clean the area on which the label sits on using R2 cleaner and a clean cloth.
3. Install the new trailer tow hitch label. Press firmly over the entire surface for maximum adhesion.
