Condition

Customer states:

The customer states that the vehicle does not issue a reminder that their phone is still in the vehicle.

Workshop findings:

The concern can be reproduced in the workshop. No warning tone or visual information is issued even though the
phone is still in the charging cradle or connected via USB.

Technical Background

This vehicle does not support the function.

Production Solution

Not applicable.

Service

Do not perform repairs for this concern. This feature is not present on this model.

Warranty

There is no reason to replace parts or attempt repairs. Unjustified work/replacement parts will be charged back.
Invoicing under warranty is not permitted.
