DIAGNOSIS:
If the customer describes any of the symptoms listed above in the customer symptom section, perform the
Repair Procedure.
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1. Remove the brake fluid reservoir cap.
2. Perform the brake bleed procedure. Refer to the detailed service procedures available in
DealerCONNECT/Service Library under: Service Info> 05 - Brakes / Standard Procedure / Brake Bleeding
Procedure.
3. Install the brake fluid cap by turning it until you feel slight resistance, then gently tighten the cap to ensure
it is secure.
CAUTION!
Ensure that the brake fluid reservoir cap is pointing out from the reservoir to prevent over
tightening Fig. 1.
