engine (Sales Code EYG).

SYMPTOM:
There are no Customer Symptoms for this Information Only TSB.
CAUSE:
Multiple module software choices available, leading to possible error and module software misalignment
DISCUSSION:
This Information Only TSB is to communicate when a propulsion-related Electronic Control Units (ECUs) such
as the Powertrain Control Module (PCM), Transmission Control Module (TCM), Hybrid Control Module (HCP)/
Hybrid Control Module (AHCP), Auxiliary Power Module (APM)/Integrated Dual Charging (IDCM) or Battery
Pack Control (BPCM) are replaced and need to be updated in service, it is important to check that the software
update correctly matches the other software on the vehicle.
For ECU replacement, follow the table according to the MY/model to choose the correct software to be
downloaded in the new ECU.
NOTE: The following ECU programming order must be observed during the update procedures.
1. Flash AHCP first and then HCP and the others to follow.
