Correction
If you encounter a vehicle with the above concern, perform the following steps
1. Unplug the fuel rail connector, wait for 60 seconds, and reconnect.
2. Drive the vehicle around for at least 10 miles, trying to repeat the driving conditions
that the customer said resulted in the check engine light. Check for DTCs. If there are
no codes, return the vehicle to the customer.
3. If there are DTCs, reference the diagnostic procedure for the DTC that is currently
set.
