SERVICE ACTION S10306 DESCRIPTION
Volvo Cars USA LLC and Volvo Car Canada LTD on behalf of the Volvo Car Corporation has
decided to launch Service Action S10306 on certain model year 2025 EX90 vehicles.
Volvo Car Investigations have identified the oil plugs for the TVDC may not be torqued properly.
The corrective action is to check the torque on the TVDC oil plugs and replace the oil plugs if
found to be leaking.
NOTE: If no leakage is found torque the oil plug screws according to the instruction. If leakage
is found the oil plug screws are not to be reused and must be replaced. We expect only a small
number of vehicles will need to replace the oil plug screws.
S10306 affects 1,995 vehicles in the U.S and 194 in Canada.

RETAILER MUST CONFIRM VEHICLE ELGIBILITY PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE
REPAIR FOR THIS SERVICE ACTION. VEHICLES IN RETAILER INVENTORY
MUST BE REPAIRED PRIOR TO SALE.

All vehicles must be checked for any incomplete recalls, service campaigns or service
upgrades. All open Recalls, Service Campaigns or Service Actions repairs must be completed.

Vehicles in retailer inventor must be repaired prior to sale.

regardless of miles or vehicle age. All work performed under this service action is free of charge
to the owner. All eligible vehicles must have this service action completed prior to customer
delivery.
