Complaints about Panorama sunroofs.
Technical Background
There are two different Panorama sunroof systems. They differ in their design and how they are fitted.
This TSB is about Panorama tilting roofs. These roof systems are bonded to the body.
In rare cases these roofs must be cut out of the body.
For these roofs the mechanical system is available separately. In the parts catalogue the mechanical system
is available for the respective models. The repair manuals also include information about changing the
separate mechanical system.

Aservice number (6035) is available. Please use this service number, if the mechanical system is changed or
modified (e.g. greasing, adjusting, etc.).
Note: In future these repairs are checked and if necessary redebited.
