This bulletin is to provide the relevant details relating to extended warranty being offered on the vehicle lines, model
years and parts described.

FOR THE ATTENTION OF ALL:
This bulletin is issued to inform you about an extension to the standard warranty terms being offered to customers who, on October
20th 2023, owned or leased one of the following vehicles if registered in the 50 US States or the District of Columbia.
Which vehicles are covered under this extended warranty?
The extended warranty coverage is applicable to the following vehicles that are equipped with the InControl© TouchPro Infotainment
System or the InControl© TouchPro Duo System.
Discovery - 2017 to 2020 model year
Discovery Sport - 2017 to 2020 model year
Range Rover - 2017 to 2020 model year
Range Rover Evoque - 2016 to 2019 model year
New Range Rover Evoque - 2020 model year
Range Rover Sport - 2017 to 2020 model year
Range Rover Velar - 2018 to 2020 model year
What does this extended warranty cover?
This extended warranty covers all repairs to, or replacement of the Infotainment Master Controller (IMC) on applicable vehicles.
What is the extended warranty offering?
The extended warranty coverage is as follows:

1 year from 3rd February 2025 to 3rd February 2026 for all vehicles that have or will have an expired JLR vehicle warranty in
this time period - Unlimited mileage.
What JLR retailers / authorised repairer must do?
Repairs to applicable vehicles must follow the standard JLR repair process. JLR retailers / authorized repairers must:
Check for eligible vehicles on the JLR claims submission system to make sure that the vehicle is an applicable vehicle
covered by this extended warranty.
Follow the repair procedures provided in TOPIx.
Submit a warranty claim via the warranty system.
NOTE: Where the standard JLR vehicle warranty has expired, the warranty claim must be submitted using Programme Code IMC
