Fully open the slide/tilt roof.

Move driver’s and passenger’s seat backrest back as far as it will go.

Pull off rubber seal for front door in the work area.

Unclip headliner Roof trim panel -1- at the sides

Information
Make sure that the roof cover does not buckle.

Carefully pull down the roof trim panel on the front of
the roof aperture for the slide/tilt roof and secure it
with suitable wedges so that the adhesive seam of
the roof module is accessible.
10 Cover the repair area generously using suitable tools.

11 Fill adhesive void with foam filler body.

Insert the nozzle into the adhesive void, spray
it briefly and pull the nozzle back until foam
emerges.

Remove fresh foam residues immediately
using PU cleaner.

Allow the foam filler on the body to harden
