US population of affected vehicles: 60. Affected vehicles are identified in OASIS and FSA VIN Lists.
REASON FOR THIS PROGRAM
•
This program includes sixty VINs, specifically identified, unsold 2024 Mach-E vehicles at certain
dealer locations. At this time, there is no corresponding owner letter or repair procedure. We are
evaluating a potential paint quality concern.
•
Ford will re-bill the identified unsold vehicles and arrange for shipment back to Ford for
additional analysis. Affected dealers will be contacted directly.
SERVICE ACTION
To complete the reacquisition process, Ford will re-bill identified units to Ford Motor Company and
ship units back to Ford. Some floor plan expenses for these units will also be reimbursed.
