Summary
Complaint Squeaking noises from the front axle brake when operating the brake with a 4-piston brake caliper. The noise occurs regardless of the temperature. Cause The noise occurs due to the position of the brake lining when the brake lining comes into contact with the brake disk. Remedy 1. Install new front axle brake lining with part number A0004216002. 2. Apply copper paste A001 989 87 51 to the contact points between the brake pad and brake caliper guide. See attachment for application guide.

IMPORTANT: Copper paste must NOT get onto the friction surface of the brake pads and discs.
