vehicles may exhibit a condition where the driver and/or front passenger seat back frame
produces a creaking or squeaking noise when leaning back on it, or when pressing on the area
shown in Figure 1. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.

2. Remove the affected front seat from the vehicle.

3. Disassemble the seat back cover.
