Cause:
The tightening process for the wheel carrier bolts on 911 GTS, Turbo and Turbo S vehicles was
changed from Model Year 2025 onwards.
New tightening process:

Initial tightening: 8 Nm (5.9 ftlb)
Final tightening torque angle: +45°
The previous tightening procedure of 14 Nm (10.3 ftlb.) is not permitted on the above-mentioned
vehicles from Model Year 2025 onwards.
Information
GT* derivatives are not affected by the new tightening procedure, as these vehicles have a different
central locking mechanism for the driver system.
