After 2023 quarter 4, the BECM is no longer pre-configured by the supplier.
Fault codes may be set after a new BECM is connected but before BECM reload software has been
installed. This does not indicate something is wrong with the BECM or the battery.
If the vehicle does not start after a BECM replacement and BECM software reload, the diagnostic
script “Clear the safety mechanism for HV reconnection inhibition”, may need to be completed.
