This Preliminary information communicates an issue with the surround vision has poor image quality at the corner stitching and side camera rearward views are misaligned or aimed improperly. Engineering released updated calibrations to correct this condition.

Some customers may comment on the following
surround vision image issues:
Condition
- The 360 view has distortion at each corner where the
camera views are stitched together, shown below (1).
- The side camera views, that display rearward views of
the left or right side of the vehicle, are aimed
incorrectly, shown below (2, 3).
In addition to the above issues, the video processing
module may have set DTC's B1A69 and/or B1A6A
symptom 76.
Cause
The cause of these concerns is a calibration issue on
vehicles equipped with the trailer mirrors.
Correction:
To correct this concern, follow SI to reprogram the K157 Video Processing
Module with the latest calibrations currently available in TLC/SPS2.

For vehicles repaired under the Bumper to Bumper Warranty (Canada Base
