Condition
Some customers may comment the Driver Mode Control
menu list a Sport mode, but it cannot be selected. You
will be able to change and select other driver modes like
Normal, Off Road, Tow/Haul, etc., but Sport mode can
not be selected.
Cause
These vehicles should not be equipped with Sport
mode. The cause of this condition is an incorrect IPC
calibration, which is incorrectly listing Sport Mode in the
Driver Mode Control menu, shown below.
Correction:
To correct this concern, reprogram the IPC following SI "P16 Instrument
Cluster: Programming and Setup" procedure. After the IPC has been updated,
Sport Mode will be removed from the Driver Mode Control menu.
Note: If this does not correct the condition, please contact Techline Customer
Support Center (TCSC) and submit a FPR.
