SAFETY NOTICE

Purpose:

Perform your company’s Lockout/Tagout
procedure. If your company does not have a
Lockout/Tagout procedure, follow OSHA
1910.147 and 1910.146 Confined Space as
appropriate.

Revolution Concrete Mixers provides these
instructions for inspecting and adjusting
the charge and discharge electrical current
threshold on mixers with PMP hydraulic pump
and motor.

Procedure:
Perform your company’s Lockout/Tagout procedure. If your company does not have a Lockout/Tagout
procedure, follow OSHA 1910.147 as appropriate. Chock wheels and place transmission in neutral with
the parking brake engaged.
1. Turn the truck on with the engine off.
2. Once the home page on the INSIGHT display is shown, tap the ‘gear icon’ on the top left of the
screen to enter the Administrator Menu Screen and then tap the ‘Login’ button.

3. On the Login Screen, record the controller and display software versions. To obtain the username and
password, please email the controller and display software versions to [email protected]
or call (855) 202-6491.

4. Enter the username and password on the ‘Login Screen’. Once this is entered, tap the ‘LOGIN’
button. After a successful login there will be a message displayed on the bottom of the screen that
states ‘(CAN) Logged In As - …”

5. After logged in, tap the ‘back arrow’ button on the bottom right of the screen to go to the
Administrator Menu Screen.

6. From the Administrator Menu Screen tap the ‘Options’ button to enter the Options Menu Screen.
In the Options Menu Screen tap the ‘Drum’ button.

7. Navigate to the drum parameter screen by tapping the right arrow on the bottom of the Drum Options
Screen-1 and Drum Options Screen-2.

8. In the drum parameter screen change the ‘Charge Threshold (mA)’, ‘Maximum Charge (mA)’,
‘Discharge Threshold (mA)’ and ‘Maximum Discharge (mA)’ to match the values below by tapping
the numbers and typing in the new values.

9. Tap the right arrow in the bottom right corner to have the setting changes saved and go to the
Buildup Detection Settings screen.

10. Tap the back arrow button in the bottom right corner to go to the Options menu screen.

12. Tap the Login button on the Administrator Menu Screen to get to the Login Screen. In the login
screen tap the Logout button and then tap the home button to get the home screen.

13. The procedure is complete. Remove your company’s Lockout/ Tagout procedure. If your company
does not have a Lockout/ Tagout procedure, follow OSHA 1910.147 as appropriate.
