INSTRUCTION TO SERVICE
ITS61113

PROCEDURE:
1. Set park brake and chock wheels.
2. Turn the main battery disconnect switch to the “OFF” position.
3. On the outer streetside of the bus, locate the SDS window which is directly aft the drivers window. See Figure
1.
4. Clean and dirt or debris off the SDS window with either soap and water and a clean lint free cloth or
appropriate glass cleaner and a lint free cloth. Ensure the window is fully dry.
5. In the location shown in Figure 1 where the safety lanyard decal will be applied, clean the bonding area using
a lint free cloth moistened with a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Allow the bonding area to
completely dry.
6. Apply the safety lanyard decal (NF PN 943516) on the SDS window in the location shown in Figure 1.
7. Clean up all tools and debris and return the bus to service condition.

8. Turn the main battery disconnect switch to the “ON” position.
