2.Contact TAC for further instruction. Possible on-site needed.

If the following criteria is met, contact TAC for possible data logger installation:
- On bootup, the screen is stuck at the "loading user information" screen
- User interaction is not possible during this time
- Backup camera works normally

Do Not perform any repairs or disconnect the PODS sensor mat or PODS control
module.
•Before making any repairs to the affected window, take a video of the
customer’s complaint.
